Dush Resina 1610 is a crystalline resin for filling and repairing marble, granite and natural stone. Dush Resina 1610 is a compound based on unsaturated orthphthalic modified polyester resin condensed with standard glycol and pre-accelerated with hardener. The preparation has good characteristics of chemical-mechanical resistance, brilliance and stability after hardening. Dush Resina 1610 is used to fill and glue marble slabs, stones, agglomerates, travertine and so on. It can also be diluted with styrene monomer (5% – 10% by weight in the compound) to improve flow and impregnation on the marble surface. Further quantities of styrene can only be added after a test application as some characteristics of the preparation may be altered.

Instructions for Use

• Clean the surface of the stone of all dust and dirt and let it dry completely.
• Take the required amount of “resin” and add “1% to 3% catalyst” depending on the conditions of use.
• Mix the two components well.
• Apply the mixture on the joints and holes to obtain a perfect surface.
